Florian Thalhofer
Florian Thalhofer, Diplom-Designer, Meisterschüler. Born in Bavaria (1972). Lives and works in Berlin. 2005-2006 guest-professor at the German Literature-Institute Leipzig (DLL), University of Leipzig. 2001-2004 lecturer at the University of the Arts, Department of Experimental Media-Design. Inventor of the [korsakow system], a software to create database narratives. Motorbike test rider since 2004. Thalhofer studied at the University of the Arts Berlin (MA and Meisterschüler) and at the UCLA, Los Angeles.

Dana Claxton
Dana Claxton is an interdisciplinary artist whose work includes film and video, installation, performance and photography. Her work is held in public collections, including the Vancouver Art Gallery, Winnipeg Art Gallery and the Art Bank of Canada. Her work has been screened internationally, including the Museum of Modern Art in New York and the Walker Art Centre (Minneapolis). Her work has been screened at Sundance Festival and Microwave in Hong Kong.
She has taught at the Indigenous Media Arts Group and Emily Carr Institute of Art & Design in Vancouver and she was the 2003 Global Television Chair at the University of Regina in the School of Journalism where she taught Television and Radio broadcasting from the perspective of critical thinking and experimentation with sound and images. Dana was awarded the prestigious VIVA Award from the Doris and Jack Shadbolt Foundation and in 2007 became an Eiteljorg Fellow sponsored by the Ford Foundation.
She is an active member in the arts community and has participated in panel discussions, juries, curatorial projects, advisory committees, mentoring youth and young artists. She is of Hunkpapa Lakota Sioux ancestry and her family reserve is Wood Mountain.

Hart Cohen
Hart Cohen is Associate Professor and Associate Head of School (Research) in the School of Communication Arts, and a member of the Centre for Cultural Research, University of Western Sydney, Australia.
Professor Cohen has directed two Australian Research Council Projects related to the Strehlow Collection held at the Strehlow Research Centre in Alice Springs. A current project, an online database documentary <http://heuristscholar.org/cocoon/heurist-test/browser/item-exp/88353/> is related to TGH Strehlow’s memoire, Journey to Horseshoe Bend. Two films have been made in relation to these projects: “Mr. Strehlow’s Films” (SBSI 2001) and Cantata Journey (ABC TV 2006). Hart Cohen co-edited a special issue of Media International Australia on the theme of Digital Anthropology (MIA 116 August 2005) and is currently co-author of Screen Media Arts: An Introduction to Concepts and Practices for Oxford University Press (November 2008).
