Architects Act Update Course

Because you have previously completed the Architects Act, Regulations and Bylaws course, you are required to complete the following portions of the new revised Course. These chapters address common practice matters and highlight other significant changes resulting from the 2009 amendment of the Act and General Regulation. You must answer each chapter’s questions and compare your answers with the answers provided within the course materials.

• Chapter 2 Code of Ethics
• Chapter 4 Regulations on Practice
• Chapter 6 Education, Training and Continuing Competence

Although the above chapters are the only sections required to be completed in your update, do feel free to review the other chapters of the new Regulations and Bylaws if you wish.
