To ensure that everyone's experience is equally enjoyable we ask that all guests be respectful of these policies as well as of other guests while staying with us.
We are an ADULT facility only.
Our
B&B
is
not
set
up
for
parties
and
loud
entertainment,
we
ask
our
guests
to
keep
noise
down
in
respect
of
other
guests.
Smoking
is
not
permitted
inside
the
B&B.
Smokers
are
welcome
to relax
on
our
front
porch.
We are
sorry
but we
cannot
accommodate any
guests'
pets.
For
the
security
of
all
our
guests
only those
people
registered
with
abadin
European
Luxury
B&B
are
permitted
on
the
premises
overnight.
Check-in
/
room
availability
and
parking
is
guaranteed
anytime
after
3:00
pm
and
Check-out
is
11:00
am.
These
times
may
be
adjusted
to
accommodate
your
specific
needs.
If
you
need
to
drop
off
luggage
early
on
the
day
of
your
arrival
or
need
us
to
store
it
for
some
time
on
the
day
of
your
departure
this
can
easily
be
arranged.
Our Establishment is Clean-Green environmentally sensitive
We
owned
not
only
this
B&B
but
also
a
motel
where
we
used
toxic-environmentally
safe
green
products
to
ensure
that
our
guests'
stay
is
as
comfortable
as
possible
while
trying
to
do
our
part
for
the
environment.
When
checking
into
your
room,
you
will
find
a
little
info
sheet
where
you
can
read
about
the
efforts
we
are
making
to
run
our
establishment
as
environmentally
friendly
as
possible.
To help create and preserve a toxin/allergen free, all around clean and comfortable environment for our guests we also respectfully ask that outdoor footwear be removed and left at the front door at all times.
An assortment of slippers are provided for your convenience however if you prefer you are most welcome to bring your own indoor footwear.
With your booking you agreed to our following information and cancellation policy!
* Every booking has to be secured with a valid credit card, please be advised that funds for the entire cost will be held on your credit card.
** Bookings for 2 people per room will add $20 per each night
Cancellation
A standard non-refundable $25.00/room administration fee will be applied to your credit card in the event of any cancellation.
Should you cancel less than 7 days before your arrival date, the fee is for the total cost of the entire reservation which will be charged to the credit card provided to secure the booking - when using a coupon / voucher your voucher will expire.
*Bookings for more than 2 nights/2 rooms a 14 day cancellation policy applies.*
**Reservations held over Canadian Holidays, Special Events, local Festivals, Conferences or when reserving two or more rooms at a time will always require 14 full days notice of cancellation before your arrival date or 100% of the reservation will be charged**
***For our June-Promotion-Deal: Should you cancel after June 30. 2011 charges for the entire stay will apply.
In the event of early departure or a reduction in the number of nights originally confirmed 100% of the remaining reservation will be applied. This policy applies to each room reserved and charges are subject to applicable taxes.
