John T. Chan        President; M.B.A.; P. Eng.

Mr. Chan has extensive engineering project management consulting experience in the oil and gas industries. He has served various major operating companies including Syncrude Canada Ltd., Dow Chemical, Imperial Oil, Envirofuels Canada (JV of Neste Oil of Finland and Chevron of US), BHP Diamonds, Great Lakes Gas Compression (JV of Transcanada Pipeline and El Paso Energy), CNRL, etc.

Mr. Chan is an expert in handling hot and high pressure hydrogen involved in hydrotreating processes normally required in upgrading bitumen to synthetic crude oil. He has pioneered two patentable sealing systems proven to be the most effective for circuits and equipment with high pressure and ultra hot hydrogen that experience quenching due to process nature to stop system fatal leaks and fires.

Mr. Chan established Bizlink International Consulting Inc. in 1991 soon after he obtained his MBA at the University of Toronto. He majored in Finance and Economics with minor in Operations Management and Organizational Effectiveness.

Hatem Mzali        Vice President; M.B.A. (Finance and International Business); Veterinarian Dr., Diary Eng.

Mr. Mzali obtained an MBA in Finance and International Business at the University of Toronto in 1991.  He graduated in 1980 as Veterinarian Doctor (ENMV, Tunis) and in 1983 as Diary Engineer (INA-PG, Paris).  He started his career in 1983 as Technical and Operations Manager of Tunisian Dairies.

After MBA graduation in 1991 from University of Toronto, Mr. Mzali moved to Europe where he was involved in a number of new business ventures specializing in marketing of sports related souvenir products.  In 1999 he became the Export and Regional Sales Manager for a multi-national corporation, Autobar Packaging in the field of food packaging.  In 2002 he was in charge of the North African Area for SIG Combibloc Obeikan, a Swiss-German-Saudi Joint Venture based in Dubai,  UAE marketing food and drink packaging solutions.  In 2004, he set up his own training and consulting business, AAA Learning based in Tunisia that provides services mainly to the local financial institutions with focus on developing e-learning solutions.

Since 2004, Mr. Mzali has developed an international network for commodity trading.  He was appointed in 2006 as Vice President of CSNA Industries Ltd. for International Operations and Marketing.  Mr. Mzali now resides in both Tunis of Tunisia, and Doha of Qatar, where he plans to expand CSNA business in marketing energy related specialty products and commodities.

Joseph Yang        Sr. Consultant; Ph.D. (Chemistry); M.Sc. (Petroleum and Environmental Engineering)

Mr. Yang has extensive experience in oil and gas industries upstream production.  He is founder and General Manager of TPS (Total Well Production Services) established in 1995.  He has close to 30 years of intimate experience in the industries and involvement in major oil companies including Petro-Canada, Texaco, Imperial Oil, Occidental, etc.

Mr. Yang started in his career in oil and gas industries in 1980.  He was trained in oilfield chemical treatments at the Texaco's Houston research center and subsequently taught oilfield chemical treatments to production engineers and oilfield operators within the Texaco and Imperial Oil organizations in Canada.  Other major organizations he has served include Petro-Canada, National Oil Company (NOC) of Libya, Tripoli, Libya, etc.  He specializes in site-specific problem solving  and trouble shooting for oil and gas upstream production systems using scientific, engineering and geological principles to achieve customized solution specific to wells formation associated problems.  He has dealt with the whole range of oilfield chemical treatments, production stimulation, storage tank cleanup and training.  Prior to 1980, he was heavily involved in medical research related to clinical biochemistry during which in 1977, he achieved his specialized training certificate in Clinical Biochemistry.

Grace Yang        Sr. Consultant; M.Sc. (Geophysics); P. Geophysicist

Ms. Yang is a professional geophysicist and has served oil majors such as PetroCanada, ExxonMobile, Petrovera, etc.  since 1980's.  Her specialty is well known in seismic interpretation on exploration, exploitation, and development of oil and gas in Western Canada Basin, she has a solid track record of close to 80 percent success rate in finding reserves. 

Ms. Yang has extensive working knowledge of all aspects of 2D/3D seismic exploration including prospects generation seismic acquisition, data processing and modeling.  Her education credentials include her Ph.D. candidacy in geophysics at the University of Alberta in 1980.
