Services

Backyard Solutions Inc., can provide a wide array of construction services including, but not limited to, fencing, decking, landscape construction as well as project management. We will look at any project, big or small, residential, commercial or industrial. All of our projects are managed by us to ensure that they are handled in a timely and professional manner. In most cases we are able to perform all of the work necessary to fully complete the project ourselves. In cases where work must be sub-contracted (electrical, plumbing, etc...) the customer is informed before the project begins.

A project starts with a call or email from you. After that the process is as follows:

> A site visit is arranged to visually assess your project and associated, questions, concerns and solutions

> A detailed written estimate is submitted to you

> Upon agreement, a contract is signed and a deposit is collected

> If detailed drawings are necessary, they are arranged (by customer or us)

> If a building permit is necessary, it is arranged (by customer or us)

> If a utilities locate is necessary, it is arranged (by customer or us)

> Once all pertinent documents are in place, work begins

> Progressive interim payments are collected as work is completed

> Once all work is completed, to the complete satisfaction of the customer, final payment is collected

> Project ends, warranty period begins
