W BUMSTEAD LITIGATION is the law practice of Wayne Bumstead, a lawyer with over 28 years experience.  Wayne has specialized in civil litigation throughout his career and has appeared before all levels of courts in Ontario, as well as many administrative tribunals and other statutory authorities.

After graduating from the University of Toronto Law School in 1980, Wayne joined the Kitchener law firm Sutherland Hagarty Mark & Somerville. From 1982 until 2005, Wayne provided litigation support for the firm's broad base of business and individual clients.  He has an established reputation in the Region of Waterloo as a senior litigator with strong analytical skills, excellent judgment and superior preparaton for his appearances.
