PAYMENT OF FEES The fees listed for each course are payable upon registration and include hst. A full refund will be issued in instances where classes are cancelled due to insufficient registration. Payments may be made by cash, money order (payable to School District #41 - Burnaby), Visa or MasterCard. REFUNDS Requests for refunds must be made in writing to Community and Continuing Education, 5325 Kincaid St., Burnaby, BC V5G 1W2 and MUST INCLUDE THE ORIGINAL COURSE REGISTRATION RECEIPT. Request for refunds for evening classes must be received in writing before the second session of the course. For classes of three sessions or fewer, the request must be received three working days before the class starts. Please see individual course descriptions for exceptions. Fee payments made by MasterCard or Visa are credited to your account. All other refunds are made by cheque. Please allow 3-4 weeks for processing. A service charge is deducted from all refunds. Some fees are tax-deductible. |
