Brady and Associates Inc. is a wholly owned Canadian company. Our goal is to provide unique occupational health and critical incident management services to the corporate community for both management and employees.

Our services were developed in response to what Sue Brady noted as a need in the corporate community for "small town professional attention in a workplace that confronts many demands and challenges for their employees."

Sue has been an Occupational Health Nurse since the early `70's. She has watched company expectations of both management and employees change. She has seen the standards of health and safety grow, legislation become more complex, and companies struggle to ensure the best care for their employees.

Brady and Associates Inc. initially started with Occupational Health Programs ensuring education to employees and employers, assisting with compliance to legislation, and creating positive response programs for medical surveillance and health and safety in the workplace.

During the late `90's Sue became involved in Auditing Corporate Occupational Health Programs and Occupational Health Medical Departments to ensure that they met both internal and external standards. Also there was a growing desire by companies to support employees who were experiencing a critical time in their lives. Working with a large national health care company the Critical Incident/Intervention Management Program was created. We have worked with both national experts (such as Dr. Barbara Anschuetz) and international experts (such as Dr. Roger Solomon) who continue to assist us today.

In 2003 we assumed the Corporate Flu Clinic Program from Medcan Health Management. From our initial service provision of 1400 injections to over 7000 in 2008, we continue to work with an excellent group of registered nurses who understand the corporate world and the need to work with their clients in a timely professional manner. Since 2005 we have run corporate flu clinics across Canada with a client retention of over 98%.
