Capital West Mortgage is an integrated mortgage company that provides funding and mortgage brokerage solutions, as well as investment management services specific to mortgages and real estate. In total, there are four divisions that contribute to the company’s success: Commercial Brokerage, Investment Services, Alternative Lending Division, and CWM Properties Group.
In 2001, Capital West Mortgage Inc. (“CWM”) began its operations in Vancouver, British Columbia. The directors include Sidney Rubin, Shannon Hillman, Daymon Eng, and Mike Chiu, and the company has quickly grown due to it’s progressive and creative approach to real estate financing.
Fast forward to 2021, and CWM has a team of over 20 individuals with a wealth of combined real estate financing experience. CWM operates on a national level, and is recognized as being at the forefront of innovative financing solutions.
