John EvansToday I had a blowout on Deerfoot Trail just before the on ramp to 32nd Avenue. This is an extremely high traffic area with oncoming vehicles travelling at high speeds. It was impossible to change the tire with the truck sitting in this location. I called John at Concept Autoworks and told him about my situation and he said “Don’t worry, I’ll grab some tools and be there as soon as I can.” Within 15 minutes of the call, John arrived with a floor jack, cordless impact, and sockets for lug removal. He pulled off the tire and switched it with the spare in just minutes. I was on my way within 30 minutes or so from the time of the call of help. This level of service and commitment is to be commended and this isn’t the firs teem John has saved me in vehicle emergencies. John has proven that customer service is more than just a statement, it is a commitment.
