We love Vancouver, consider it a privilege to peddle our tasty wares on her streets, and are doing everything we can to ensure we pack up every day having left nothing behind but well-fed regulars. Our plates and take-away boxes are all made from sugar cane fiber and are 100% biodegradable & compostable. Our beverages can all be recycled, and recycling can be done on-site, at our location. All of our principle menu items & their ingredients are prepared locally from family-owned companies, including:

Pemberton Meadows grass-fed natural beef. Pemberton, BC

The cattle are raised as nature intended; living outdoors, in a herd, on pasture. The cattle are fed home grown hay, crushed oats and barley, without additives of any kind. They are raised in a sustainable and ethical manner without the use of antibiotics or hormones; this gives the beef a rich and wonderful flavour.

Fraser Valley Farms pork. Chilliwack, BC

Fraser Valley pork has been farmed and processed in the Chilliwack area for as many as 70 years. The growing interest in local eating, ethical farming practices, and hormone-free meat provide reason for the increased demand in quality pork.
