Coaching

• Connex Solutions provides coaching services for senior leaders in roles relating to technologies. These roles include executives responsible for corporate governance, executives responsible for project oversight, Information Technology Leaders responsible for strategic and operational matters and Business Leaders responsible for steering, leading or advising initiatives effecting process design and technology implementations.
  
  Specific coaching services help our clients become more effective leaders, communicators, strategists, and team players. We will work with individuals or teams and their leaders to develop a clear action plan to achieve measurable goals. Through coaching, we act as an insightful sounding board providing strong, objective confidential feedback in a non-judgmental and constructive manner.
