The Menu included: Shrimp bisque en gelee with a dill sour cream and roe Stuffed bell pepper with peach and poppy seed yogurt Stuffed blue cheese chicken with Dijon cream (featured right) Bread pudding with caramel cream. What's Coming This Fall?My partners and I are almost finished testing the recipes for my book "Well Seasoned" and are now on to the task of refining all the pictures and content. I will be doing tastings at various events both at the restaurant and at Smokie Ridge Vineyard. The brewery is almost set up at Smokie Ridge Vineyard and we hope to be brewing batches by Christmas. We have launched the new menu at The Southern Cross and the response has been very good!
