Cheryl Houle has over 20 years of Human Resources Generalist and Management experience having worked in the Hi-Tech, Non-Profit,
Retail and Restaurant industries.

She is a member of the Ottawa Human Resources Professionals Association
and holds the professional designation of CHRP and is a mentor with the
Human Resources Professional Association Ottawa Chapter.

Cheryl’s unique skill set has derived from years of experience as an
Operations Manager overseeing all aspects of business before transitioning
to Human Resources. She has gained hands-on experience working with company leaders to align human resources programs with the organization’s strategic objectives. Cheryl has designed and implemented many Human Resources Initiatives and worked as a Human Resources Manager for organizations ranging from 40 to 500 employees.
