Overview
Cetelex Systems Inc. takes a whole product approach to systems. In other words, Cetelex products include more than just software. We include innovative licensing arrangements, customization and implementation services, unique support and maintenance options in addition to the suite of software products described in this section. This whole product approach is flexible and ensures that each client receives the combination of product and services that they need. Gas Transportation Management System
Panther
PANTHER is designed to manage a pipeline's commercial transactions. Specifically, the PANTHER system can be used to capture, process and/or manage shipper transportation contracts, capacity releases, nominations for receipt and delivery of natural gas by shippers or their agents, scheduling, shipper inventories, as well as produce invoices for transportation services provided and interface with internal measurement and/or accounting systems. It is able to handle multiple currencies and units of measure.
The PANTHER System is divided into seven distinct areas, which include Admin, Facilities, Contracts, Nominations, Scheduling, Allocations, and Accounting.
Panther Web
The PANTHER Customer Activities Website is designed to provide shippers and interconnecting pipeline operators the ability to utilize the internet to:
- nominate,
- confirm,
- and allocate volumes on the pipeline
The Customer Activities Website is divided into seven distinct areas, which include Nominations, Flowing Gas, Invoicing (to be developed), Capacity Release (Optional), Administration, Contracts (to be developed), and a link to the Informational Posting Site.
Panther Capacity Release
PANTHER Capacity Release is a separate component that can be included as part of the PANTHER Customer Activity Website. This application allows a pipeline's shippers to manage their transportation. Functionality includes the ability to manage capacity releases through :

Informational Posting Site
The PANTHER Informational Posting Site (IPS) provides Interstate Pipelines the ability to publish information, as mandated by FERC Order 587. Panther IPS is a separate module that is fully integrated with the Panther Gas Transportation Management System. To view a working IPS please visit Alliance Pipeline IPS website.

Other Products
Land Management System
The LION system (Land Information OnLine) is used to track the acquisition of land for pipeline Right of Ways. The application includes functionality that will store entities (landowners, occupants, purchasers, etc.), tracts, land parcels, encroachments, environmental areas and payment records.
Employee Time Capture System
TCAP maintains a record of employee/consultant related information along with the hours that each individual has worked. It also has reporting functionality that can be used for payroll and management reporting.
