Chiropractic Services
Chiropractic Doctors are Spinal Postural Doctors who diagnose and treat patient's spines and conditions arising from the spine, without the use of potentially harmful pharmaceuticals and invasive surgeries. Chiropractic Doctors will refer patients to Orthopedic Surgeons, if necessary.
Pharmaceuticals and Surgery should be a last resort with most spinal conditions. Spine related injuries occur from many circumstances including:
- Whiplash associated disorders from a car accident
- Work place injury
- Sports injury
- A slip or fall
- Physical weakness
- Tension, anxiety, nervousness
- Back pain from pregnancy
- Children's activities
- Poor posture: Poor posture causes the structure of our spine to weaken; which in turn weakens the muscles and the joints needed to keep us upright and strong. Your posture affects your development and overall health. Many arthritic conditions are aggravated, worsened or caused by poor posture, causing injuries that go undetected for years. Just like a car tire may wear unevenly if unbalanced, so will your spine, hips, knees and associated structures. YOU DO NOT NEED TO HAVE PAIN, yet, TO HAVE A SERIOUS POSTURAL PROBLEM.
A Doctor of Chiropractic will be able to diagnose, treat, rehabilitate and may be able to provide relief from common symptoms associated with a spine injury including:
- Back and Hip pain (Acute, or chronic)
- Headaches (tension, postural, migraine)
- Neck pain
- Disc problem
- Sciatica and leg pain
- Numbness and/or tingling sensations
- Shoulder, arm and hand pain
- TMJ (jaw joint)
- Carpal tunnel syndrome
- Dizziness
- Fatigue
- Knee pain
