I went for my toyota highlander maintance service. Adam Kumi (Product Advisor) was wonderful at finding out information I needed regarding my car. He went above and beyond to find it out and I was very impressed with his service. Hieu Le (New Vehicle Sales Manager) was also incredible! He also helped me with part of the information I needed. He was very pleasant to deal with and also went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get what I was looking for on my car. They also have an amazing manicure service for their clients that may decide to wait for the service been done. Chin is amazing! The nice lady that does the manicure service, and her work is amazing! They also offer you a shuttle service to take you to your home or office, in case you can't wait for the service to be done, also pick up so you can come for your car. I recommend them and you will not be disappointed! If by any chance you have any issues, talk to the manager. I hear he is amazing as well and will resolve it for you or make things better.

I travelled 2800 km to purchase this vehicle after being - Mike from northern BC

I travelled 2800 km to purchase this vehicle after being referred by a friend who has dealt with the dealer for years. The trip was worth the time and effort. Setting up the deal at a distance was made easy by Jeff Decter who was forthright in discussing pricing and responding to my initial questions and several follow up ones promptly and specifically. The whole process was low pressure. Jeff followed up on a number of after purchase requests patiently and quickly (including shipping some bulky items I'd forgotten in my traded vehicle at dealer expense). There was no smoke and mirrors in the deal, no "oh by the way..." surprise add ons or upselling, and my trade-in vehicle was credited as discussed before on-site inspection. All in all, I was more than satisfied with the transaction and am happy to recommend the dealership as represented by Jeff Decter.

The sales process from this point on was professional, transparent and I must say a great buying experience. I then received a call from Ashley Seguin, BDC Sales Manager to review all the details of the purchase which was very important since we were from outside of Edmonton and all communication was conducted by phone and e-mail. BEWARE! - dantesugay

BEWARE!!! I was so disappointed to this dealership apparently there is an adds on aftermarket that includes running boards, lift kits and certain tires sizes that approved by their Service Parts Manager in coordination with our salesman Adnan but for some reasons they cut and ripped the fender inner liners on my brand new Tundra that results in ugly and unacceptable poor workmanship. I don't know if they knew how to lifting the truck despite of mistakes they return my truck unfinished with opened cut and ripped fender inner liners without aftermarket tires install supposedly part of the deal it should be replaced the fender inner liners which is unfair and unhuman treat for me as their customer and the sadness point this Tundra from Lethbridge Toyota. I will file complaint these issues to the AMVIC. Please see the attached pictures of my new 2023 Tundra before and after so sad 😞 Yes the Parts Manager Mike called after cut being done. I did mention to him just try to install the tire without spacer if the spacer was the problem but he told me I need to pay $399 for reinstall which is unfair cause as par our contract its included to the deal in accordance with the contract. By the way after a week in your service garage you return my truck without aftermarket tires supposedly installed as part of the deal the worse situation damaged fender inner liner imagine put yourself on my situation you should replace fender inner liners if you cant install the aftermarket tire. I will not complain if there is no issue Take note: the aftermarket tires size 285/65/R20 its approved before your Parts dept. order it and its only 34.6" height I did check the specs of the Rough & country 3.5" lift kits installed can fit up to 35/12.5/R20 tires. How come its ended to damaged my brand new Tundra?

Canyon Creek is the classic example of a dishonest import franchise dealer that is only interested in making a profit. Do not expect them to honor a factory warranty on a OEM factory dealer installed part purchased from them because you will receive nothing but double speak and platitudes, as I have recently experienced. I'm very unimpressed with Canyon Creek and especially their service department. Having taken my prized Toyota there since 1992, they will never see business from me ever again. And I would recommend other Toyota owners to do the same. Nobody from Canyon Creek has made any effort to contact me. Caveat Emptor.

No response from dealership or Toyota Canada about my 2024 Tundra concerns. Buy elsewhere. No tow hook, poor skid plates. Still not sure of promised fuel mileage. Lies of useless accessories that won’t get me around in rural Saskatchewan.

Buyer Beware! Let me start by saying I love the Toyota Product my family has bought vehicles here for our last 4 vehicles. We referred other people to this dealership as well. Leased a Truck from Toyota City. 2023 Tundra. Mid January all of the safety features started saying they were not working and our Touchscreen/ Gps/ Bluetooth etc. stopped working. We got a loaner but we continue to make payments on the Truck and the loaner is not near the vehicle we are paying for. Fast Forward 10 weeks later still no truck. Last we heard from the Service manager was probably 4 weeks ago. Started to try to speak with GM - good at first but now is ignoring my emails. You might ask why don't you just turn the Vehicle back to them? Because they want $6700 from us even though we don't have our Truck - its a lemon, even though we have made 10 payments at full price while driving a much inferior vehicle, even though we have added a Tonneau Cover and Running Boards at our own expense. If you have read this far...Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this dealership or the Camrose dealership when they move.

Went there to buy 2nd hand car, they gave me a junk set of keys with visible duct tapes. When I asked for a newer one, even if not new but presentable, the GM went ballistic. Teling us that we shouldn’t buy 2nd hand but a brand new car. In the first place why would you sell a junk stuff? The set of keys wasn’t even presentable in the first place. I paid for detailed cleaning the you end up just vacuuming my car. Still have mud marks inside and tons of fur in the carpets. They even gave me air tax which is only given for a brand new cars. The GM is Mr. Kit Simpson, arrogant and very unprofessional and unfriendly to customers. Sales agent was nice but lack of knowledge on what she is selling.
