| Prices listed above are weekly rates including tax. All prices are listed in US dollars. Pool heat is an extra $25 per day with a $100.00 minimum. Pool heat is usually not necessary in June, July, August, and September. It may not be necessary in May and October. Yourselves and your luggage are all you really need. The villa is fully equipped with towels, linens and all the kitchen equipment. After each guest rental, a cleaning services arrives and washes all the linens and cleans the home. Upon your arrival you will find a clean home that has been freshly made up for your arrival. All of the bathrooms will have fresh towels and a roll of toilet paper. You may want to bring some kitchen essentials such as dishwashing liquid and dishwasher tabs as well as laundry detergent. Everything you’ll need in terms of daily supplies can easily be purchased nearby. There are extra strollers available for use in the house. |
