Exotic Dream is a steel cruising sailboat, with a long keel.  There is 18,000 lbs. of ballast  in the keel which provides for a smooth sail in rough seas.  The boat is 53 feet long and 16, 5 feet wide.  The mast will reach 70 feet.  Exotic Dream  will be a superb cruising sailboat. 

Below deck, there is a Pilot house which will accommodate six to eight people comfortably.  There will enough space to relax, enjoy a meal and even navigate from an interior pilot station.  

There are also 2 staterooms, each with regular size beds in addition to separate heads.

The thought of sailing to exotic destinations around the world in a beautiful solidly built cruising sailboat is what inspired Daniel and Gloria.
