Professional Athletics – The Habs / Team Brasil
School Athletics – Trillium Woods

3. Using a few words, sum up your approach to teaching 

A) Respect 
B) Discipline 
C) Innovation 










 4. What do you like to do that most people would be surprised to learn? 

I am a MMA practitioner. I have trained in Wrestling, Jiu-Jitsu, Karate, Tae-Kwon Do, and Muay Thai.

I worked for nearly 8 years at Bell Canada/Bell ExpressVu. 

I have worked in Television/Broadcasting (ShowTime Networks), and Film Production (Disney). I met several celebrities.

I was a DJ on my own radio show, and I design websites.

5. In a word, describe the one thing you value most in students
Courage (If students are willing to accept challenges they will accomplish incredible things in their lives. The second someone fears failure it is over. What is the worst that can happen if you fail? Get back up and change your game).
6. Favourite Car? 

Domestic: 2010 Ford Mustang GT 4.3L V8 (Nice ride) 
Import: Ferrari (Always loved this brand).


7. What are your goals as a teacher? 

I have a few objectives: 

A) Teach the Ontario Curriculum (i.e., the skills for any given grade) 
B) Inspire students to develop good character and integrity
C) Encourage students to become more aware and intelligent about the world that they live in. (i.e., learn about current affairs, examine political/economical/social/environmental matters, learn about the latest technologies/ingenuities). I want them to be able to form opinions and speak intelligently about them.

 		 8. What are you currently reading? 

The Screwtape Letters by C.S. Lewis
9. How do you like working within the York Region District School Board? 

The YRDSB is a wonderful place to work! I have taught in the following schools: Oak Ridges P.S., Brownridge P.S., Blue Willow P.S., Woodbridge College, and now Trillium Woods P.S. I am very thankful for the opportunities  that this board offers.


 10. Best teaching moment?

Anytime a student overcomes a difficult concept and understands something that is taught -- it is awesome! 
Bringing home championships with students (through sports, or academic projects) is satisfying too. 
11. What kind of music do you listen to? 

Everything – Dance/Euro, Hip-Hop, Rock, Reggae, Reggaeton, Latin, Salsa. 








 12. Best coaching moment? 

When my students' confidence rise after a hard fought victory.
