This service is designed to enable groups to assess whether they have the energy and courage required to enter into a Strategic Planning process. It takes account of the context in which the group operates and assesses both the human cost of and the resources available for the planning process. Several options are presented to help the group make a decision about moving forward in addressing their future.
Restructuring for Mission
This service helps faith communities and other groups to align their organizational structure and resources with their vision for a preferred future. Key questions are integrated into a process custom designed to help the group discern which roles and functions in their operating system continue to be life-giving and which need to be replaced by fresh models and activities. One of the options for this process is an “energy audit” which identifies where time and resource is currently invested and assesses alternative options for how those assets could impact on the organization’s mission.

The Power of Rapid Innovation workshop maximizes the diverse assets of the group by unlocking the creative potential resident in the organization.
