13 Braemar Court is a 22 unit apartment building which was constructed under the Affordable Housing Grant Program by a private developer to help address the increased cost of housing in the Truro area.

Affirmative Industries Housing Project

The construction of this new 11 unit apartment building provides the clients of Affirmative Industries a home in which to develop independent living skills.

Supportive Housing for Young Mothers

This project involved conversion of a former public school into a residential apartment building specifically designed for SHYM's support program for young mothers.
