GIBRALTAR FACTS Financial Management Reports are always completed and emailed to Strata Council Members by the 15th of each month. Draft minutes we produce are emailed to Strata Council within 48hrs of the strata council meeting. Action items completed within 48hrs of the Strata Council Meeting. All calls returned within 12hrs or less (excluding weekends). 3 of our 4 support staff are cross trained to provide a better quality of service, if the property management is unavailable, our support staff can answer your financial questions.
