How We Work

When you have a date in mind, contact us for availability. Please allow at least 7 days to schedule your event.

When you have a date in mind, contact us for availability (allowing a minimum of 7 days prior to your event for preparation) and menu questions.  Once the menu has been decided, we will send a quote for your approval.  Please note, the prices quoted are inclusive of taxes, labour, delivery,  set up and clean up of our work area…..we even take our garbage!

All orders are to be paid in full at the time of delivery .  We accept cash, electronic funds transfers and cheques made out to Lana Underwood (we do not accept credit cards at this time)

On the day of your event, we will deliver and set up on our platters.  A container (s) and silencers will be provided for the soiled platters for pick up the following day.

Also, let us know if…..

  • There are any known allergies or restrictions
  • We can arrange, pick up and return  any rental requirements
  • We can provide coffee/tea service (includes our maker, carafes and condiments)
  • We can provide a non-alcoholic party punch (includes use of punch dispenser)
  • We can provide paper products (napkins, paper cups or plates)
  • We can suggest some “Kid Friendly” ideas
  • We can pick up ice
