Mark Farrell, BAdmin – Managing Partner

Mark  has 20 years of experience in the Ottawa real estate market through owning and managing a portfolio of residential apartment buildings. Mark has extensive experience in structuring and financing asset acquisitions and refinancing transactions. John Earl, CFA - Partner

John has extensive experience in all facets of finance including risk management, cash flow forecasting, asset allocation, securities selection, and transaction execution. John possess strong leadership, business development, and technical skills with an ability to effectively communicate complex financial transactions to key interest groups. He has held a range of positions at Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation, MD Funds Management and Export Development Canada. John has specific experience at CMHC forecasting construction development budgets for Canada’s social housing programs.


Nicholas Heins, Bcomm - Partner

Nicholas has 29 years of experience in the residential and commercial construction sectors.  Having founded, operated for 21 years and sold a successful manufacturing/construction business, Nicholas has gained an in depth knowledge of building infrastructure, systems and efficiency opportunities. Nicholas also has significant site plan, infill development and construction financing experience.

 


John Farah, BA, LLB – Partner

John practiced real estate and commercial law for almost 20 years before transitioning to a full time real estate investor. John owns a number commercial properties and is an active partner in evaluating new prospective property acquisitions.

 


Richard Bernst, MBA – Partner

Richard has over 25 years experience in credit risk analysis and financing. His career included roles at TD Bank and Export Development Corporation. Richard now focuses his time on evaluating new prospective acquisitions and performing financial due diligence.
