In January, we returned to the amazing Break Forth worship conference, held at the Shaw Centre in Edmonton, AB.
We attended workshops on songwriting and worship leading by some of the best in the biz. This is Robin Mark, writer of 'Days of Elijah.'
Studying congregational songwriting with Brenton Brown, writer of 'Everlasting God.'
One of our favourite worship writers, Paul Baloche. We sing many of his songs: 'Your Name,' 'Open the Eyes of My Heart,' & 'The Same Love,' a new song we learned at Break Forth.
15,000 worshipers from across Canada and around the world, gathered together to sing praise and listen to great speakers.
A lone protester appeared at the conference. You can read about Allison's experience with him here.
Gorgeous weather in Edmonton! Looking over the river valley.
This year celebrates 35 years of ministry & 15 years of the Break Forth conference. Here, Arlen Salte thanks his mother who gave the loan to start the ministry.
Hosting the many workshops at Break Forth requires a slew of venues, including Alberta College.

Musicians can never resist gear! A group of musicians jamming in the exhibit hall.
In our Sunday songwriting workshop, thankful for an inspiring weekend!
