Laboratory List Form

Laboratory list form allows the user to add new laboratory information or modify existing ones as well; in addition to monitor the laboratory list; form contains two parts

  1. Laboratory information 
  2. Laboratory list part

Laboratory Information Part: this part includes all laboratory information

Laboratory List Part: includes list of all laboratories that clinic deals with

Add new Laboratory: please follow the steps as mentioned below:

  1. Press Add button, the details part will be empty and ready to enter information
  2. Enter laboratory information:
    1. Laboratory Name, required
    2. Contact
    3. Street
    4. Province
    5. Country
    6. City
    7. Zip Code, required
    8. Phone Number
    9. Mobile Number
  3. If every thing is OK and you desire to keep information press Save button
  4. If you do not desire to keep you information you can press Cancel button

Modify existing Laboratory: Follow the steps:

  1. Edit the changes
  2. Press Save button

It is recommended to fill this list after the software installation.
