Bio

Jimmy Reilly

Jimmy has 35+ years experience playing in Ontario, Canada and is a graduate of the Ontario Institute of Audio Recording Technology with 25 years experience in audio engineering - in studio and LIVE. Jimmy also plays acoustic and can sing background vocals.

Born in Sudbury, Ontario into a musical family; his mother a pianist, his father a tenor singer on LIVE radio, Jimmy developed an appreciation for music at an early age.  At the age of 9, his mother bought him a set of drums which, as fate would have it, his sisters broke before he had a chance to use them and that's when he picked up a guitar.  He and his brothers and friends began playing rock music in their parent's garage and several local venues.

After high school, Jimmy decided to move to London, Ontario to attend O.I.A.R.T school of audio engineering after which he worked with recording artists; Lee Aaron, Platinum Blonde, and Paul Hyde to name a few,

His first love however has always been playing guitar and writing songs and is very much enjoying playing with composer and Social Justice Activist Robert Graham   as one of 'The Fairest and Best'.
