Here in the City from The Snow Queen

The second song of The Snow Queen, and the first piece set in the story’s present day, Here in the City introduces many of the characters, including Kay, Gerda, and their parents. In this song the choir are the townspeople who live in Kay and Gerda’s neighbourhood. They are hardworking and poor, with no time and space for frivolous things in their lives.

Chilly Bones Blues for Pierrot Ensemble

This short piece for Pierrot Ensemble (Flute, Bb Clarinet, Piano, Violin & Cello) is the perfect addition to your concert repertoire. Great for fall or Halloween concerts, but can also be played at any time of year! The piece opens with a traditional arrangement of "Have You Seen the Ghost of John?" but segues into a fun and jazzy blues variation of this classic canon.
