Real Estate is the best industry to build long term wealth.  It is said that more millionaires have been created through Real Estate than any other industry and I am a firm believer in this theory.  I have invested and studied real estate for many years now and can attest that it is a very good business to be in. Not only can you build wealth through asset appreciation but also through passive income from rental properties.

While many people cringe at the mere thought of being a landlord and being called at 2AM to fix a broken toilet, this is not the way it needs to be.  If you hire a property manager the day to day operation can be managed by them.  

I enjoy this business so much that I share my knowledge with others.  I am a co-partner in the Oakville Real Estate Investment Club where we meet monthly and share ideas and startegies in Real Estate.

Having focused my efforts in the Toronto area for a number of years, I have broadened my investment strategy to include the US as there is so much opportunity there.  When you build a solid power team you can manage them from a far and reap the benefits of investing wherever you are in the world.

My most recent business strategy focuses on helping Canadians build passive income streams through Western New York Real Estate investing.  I locate properties with my team, make them rent-ready and then pass them to investors to reap the benefits of passive income.  

Western New York for me includes Rochester, Buffalo and Niagara Falls, NY.   There are two types of investments we seek for our investors; rent to own / lease option and buy and hold rental properties.  The areas I invest in are low in crime and generally rehabilitating neighbourhoods.
