August 2012: Jump Beyond Inc. partners with Patinage Quebec

As part of a comprehensive plan to continue to improve performances of Quebec figure skaters relative to international standards, Jump Beyond has developed a tracking tool to highlight top athletes on the association website. Identified athletes will recieve specific guidance to help coaches in the annual planning and tracking of performances.

October, 2011: Patricia introduces Competition Restructure to Skate Canada Members

Jump Beyond Inc. has provided strategic support to the implementation of LTAD for Skate Canada. August, 2010: Balanced Edge now available for Skate Canada coaches

July, 2009: Balanced-Edge brings Analysis tools to more Section Teams!

Jump Beyond Inc. is proud to announce that the Balanced-Edge web program is now being used by three section skater development programs. Nova Scotia has been registered with the system since 2007, Quebec joined in 2008, and this year Eastern Ontario has joined the other two!

May, 2008: Presentation of Balanced-Edge.ca

Jump Beyond Inc. introduced the Balanced-Edge.ca web-service to coaches at the trade show of the 2008 Skate Canada National Coaches Conference. The conference provided the opportunity for Jump Beyond personel to demonstrate the training and analysis benefits of this new webservice.

October, 2006: Dalhousie University Young Alumni Award

Patricia Chafe, Founder and President of Jump Beyond Inc., was awarded the Young Alumni Award of Excellence from Dalhousie University. The Young Alumni Award is meant to recognize excellence in achievement and service of alumni before they reach the age of 40. Patricia Chafe was chosen for the award in 2006 in recognition of the unique contribution her mathematical skills have made to the development of the sport of figure skating - both in Canada and around the world.
