Lindsay, this body of work is especially meaningful to me, it makes me cry, laugh, ponder, examine, and think so deeply about life, past, present and future. It is dark yet enlightening to me. Your art ties me together with all the women who came before us, (meaning our family)great-grandmother, grandmother, mom, me, you and now my grand-daughter. I am so proud of you and what you have been able to express through art. oxoxoxo Mom

Did I used to sit behind you in elementary school at Dr. Hanna? That'd be wild if it was you! Anyway, I enjoy the work. Keep it up.

A very interesting and thought-provoking website, Lindsay. It seems as though your transition to motherhood has rekindled an interest in the perceived traditional role of women and the various effects of story, folk tale and myth on that role. Having a daughter makes one think,(and fear) doesn't it?

Hi Lindsay! This is a really nice website! I love your drawings, "perhaps it was a bit cumbersome after all" is my favorite. See you sometime!
