All gynecological examinations are performed by our female doctors or attended by female staff.

What is a PAP test?

The Pap test (commonly know as a Pap smear or cervical cytology or Papanicolaou Test) is a way to examine cells collected from the cervix (the lower, narrow end of the uterus). The main purpose of the PAP test is to detect abnormal cells. A PAP test may find cancerous cells and noncancerous conditions, such as infection and/or inflammation.
