Our personal training sessions work to put the ‘personal’ back into your training regimen. With the focus on you. Your needs.  Your goals. Your results.Choose from:

  • The Core; 1 assessment plus 5 training sessions
  • The Core Plus, 1 assessment plus 9 training sessions
  • The Core and More, 1 assessment plus 14 training sessions
  • Individual Session – a tune up session after a package has been completed

After the initial package, subsequent packages can be held with or without the assessment included.  If it isn’t required, the package then becomes i.e.) 6, 10, or 15 personal training sessions respectively.
