All our staff we hire must meet MSI’S hiring requirements.

The medical staff we provide receive orientation & training free of charge no cost to the client. This is to help our relief staff get familiar with your location and services you provide.  The free orientation services which we provide also will cover our relief health staff to get familiar on your in house programs such as OHIP billing, scheduling systems medical software programs, MDS, MA'R along with many more healthcare related protocols. We also provide training to Medical clinics, LTC homes staff on a number of healthcare programs as well.
