1. How much does MCM charge?

MCM Consulting and Legal Services is hired on a contract basis for each assignment. Our rate for services provided on a time basis is $175 per hour.  We are able to negotiate a flat fee arrangement with you, or you can cap the time that can be spent on an assignment.  MCM is also willing to discuss alternative fee arrangements.  Projects required on a rush basis will attract an additional charge to be determined in consultation with you.

3. What happens after I contact MCM?

We will contact you to gather information about your request to enable us to provide an estimate of how long we believe the assignment will take. If you decide to hire MCM, we will prepare a retainer agreement based on your instructions and our quote.

4. How much notice does MCM require to complete an assignment?

While we appreciate reasonable notice, we also understand that sometimes that is not possible. We are able to accommodate short term requests; however, projects required on a rush basis will attract an additional charge to be determined in consultation with you.

5. Can I get an estimate of how long it will take MCM to get my work done?

Yes, we will provide an estimate of how long we believe your assignment will take to complete. If at any time we believe we will need more time than estimated, we will always contact you in advance to receive your permission to go above the estimate.

6. What are the payment terms?

We will invoice you after we have completed your work. Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date.
