Lovely in the way of Rome’s Borghese Villa, Sartiano’s is unmistakably elegant: the open kitchen, Carrera bar, Hollywood banquettes and communal table envelop guests in all senses. Of course and as ever, hotel guests may enjoy the privacy of the lobby and room service should they prefer a more intimate experience.
