· Check-out: 12 noon on Saturdays / Check-in: 12 noon on Sundays.

· Only 6 day rentals during peak summer season (July and August).

· Rental fees are based on a 4 person occupancy no additional occupants accepted.

· Additional people in self-contained RV or camper may be included with additional charges (limit of 4); this must be arranged prior to arrival.

· Please keep visitors to a minimum.

· No pets on the property including the RV site.

· No smoking in the home. Smokers must smoke outside and dispose of cigarette butts in ashtrays.

· $450.00 cleaning / damage deposit due to secure booking. 90 day's notice required for cancellation. (partial or full deposit may be refunded if owners are able to re-rent).

· Arrival - Keys will not be transferred with any outstanding balance.

· Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival. Linen and towels are provided.

· Only bio-degradable soaps may be used due to septic system. Bleach and products containing bleach are prohibited.

· Any illegal activities are prohibited and will result in immediate eviction without refund.

· Please respect our quiet neighborhood between 10:00 pm - 8:00 am and no loud music at any time.

· Policies and terms must be agreed upon and signed upon arrival before transfer of keys to guests.
