Booking, Payment, Waiver and Cancellation Policy

Booking

>  To book a place on a course/trip/activity please send a booking request (the course/trip/activity name, the date(s) you are interested in and the number of persons - adults and/or kids, if applicable) via email to .   Payment for half the total cost of the course/trip/activity is required to reserve your spot (the proof of booking is the email confirmation of the payment acceptance).   Payment for the second half of the total cost is due 7 (seven) calendar days prior to the start date of the course/trip/activity.   If you register within the 7-day period prior to the course/trip/activity, then the full amount is due at registration.

>  For free activities, registration (the course/trip/activity name, the date(s) you are interested in and the number of persons - adults and/or kids, if applicable) is required at least two days prior to the start of the activity via email to (because it is free, no payment is required).

Payment

The following methods of payment are currently available:
>  Email - to (include the course/trip/activity name, the date(s) you are interested in and the number of persons - adults and/or kids, if applicable);

Waiver

>  Due to the characteristics of the outdoor environment, where the NOW Club usually unfolds its activity, each course/trip/activity has some risks associated with.   Each and every participant to any course/trip/activity organized or conducted by NOW Club must sign a waiver.   In case of participants under 18 years of age, their parent or legal guardian must sign the waiver.

>  The waiver must be signed prior to any involvement of the participant in the course/trip/activity (this can happen even in the same day, just before the course/trip/activity begins).

Cancellation

>  A refund is issued (full amount less an administrative fee of 10% up to a maximum of $15 per person) for cancellations via email sent to with more than 7 (seven) calendar days in advance.

>  Due to the fact that some courses/trips/activities have limited number of spots available we can not refund or reschedule within 7 (seven) calendar days unless a suitable replacement is found.   If you have to cancel, we will do our best to find someone to take your spot for you, but there is no guarantee.   If we can fill your spot, a refund is issued (full amount less an administrative fee of 10% up to a maximum of $15 per person).

>  For free activities, cancellation is required via email to (when it is free, there is no money issue).

    Example 1:    If you paid only half of the cost of a course/trip/activity at registration and decide to cancel with more than 7 (seven) calendar days before the course/trip/activity, then the refund is equal to the amount you paid at registration minus the administrative fee of 10% up to a maximum of $15 per person.

    Example 2:    If you paid half of the cost of a course/trip/activity at registration and the other half with 7 (seven) or more days prior to the course/trip/activity, and decide to cancel within 7 (seven) calendar days before the course/trip/activity, then there is no refund unless a suitable replacement is found.   If a replacement is found, then the refund is equal to the amount you paid minus the administrative fee of 10% up to a maximum of $15 per person.



Note 1:   Our cancellation policy applies even in the event of a medical problem or a family circumstance.   We will do everything possible though to fill your vacant spot for you.

Note 2:   We reserve the right to cancel or alter any course/trip/activity due to inappropriate weather conditions or insufficient registrations.   In these cases, rescheduling or full refund is available at no charge.
