Prize Draw Event -- Celebrating Oceans Group 10th Anniversary

To celebrate Oceans Group 10th Anniversary , Oceans Group will be hosting a prize draw event starting from Oct 5, 2011 to November 19, 2011 @ 3:00 p.m. in Oceans Store I : 150 West Drive, Unit 104 Brampton, L6T 4P9 & Oceans Store II : 499 Main Street S. Brampton, L6Y 1N7

There will be a total of 3 prizes drawn. Please note that the official draw date is :
November 19, 2011 @ 3:00 p.m. at Oceans Store II : 499 Main Street S. Brampton, L6Y 1N7.

The amazing prizes are :
                                   The First Prize :          BMW 323I Sedan ( Total 1 winner)
                                   The Second Prize :     IPAD 2                  ( Total 3 winners)
                                   The Third Prize :         Toaster                ( Total 15 winners)

Please read the rules below carefully to participate.
1. To participate, customers will be rewarded one draw ticket for every over $50 that they spend from the date of Oct 5, 2011 until 3:00pm November 19, 2011 in Oceans Store I or Oceans Store II at Brampton.
Please get your receipt to the customer service of the store for exchanging one draw ticket.
2. Customers must fill out all required information on the detachable portion of the draw ticket including NAME & TELEPHONE NUMBER, and drop the detached portion into the prize draw box at CUSTOMER SERVICE of the store. Please keep the main portion of the draw ticket.
3. The winner must present the original portion of the draw ticket with his/her picture ID to claim the prize.
Please also note
1. The winner will be contacted by the information filled out on the draw ticket. Please ensure that all contact information is filled out correctly and in legible form.
2. The draw ticket must not be altered, damaged or duplicated in any way. If the draw ticket is altered or damaged, the ticket will be declared invalid and a new winning ticket will be drawn. No duplication of this ticket.
3. The winning ticket holder must be at least 16 years of age. Employees and their immediate relatives are not eligible to participate in the prize draw.
4. The winner of the First Prize will be drawn on the spot on the draw date : November 19, 2011 at Oceans Store II : 499 Main Street S. Brampton, L6Y 1N7. The winner of the First Prize will claim the BMW on the spot in the store after he/she was drawn.
5. To claim the First Prize , the winner need to give Oceans Group the consent that his /her pictures can be used on newspapers, posters or other media about his / her reward.
6. For the Second Prize & the Third Prize , the winning prize ticket is valid for a period of two weeks. If the prize is not claimed within 2 weeks of the announcement date – November 19, 2011 , a new ticket will be drawn and declared to be the new winning ticket.
