VALLEYVIEW
A two story building with 30 one and two bedroom rental apartments, some rent-geared-to-income, built in 1986, made possible through funding of Canada Mortgage and Housing Co-operation.

BROOKVIEW
A three story building with 35 one and two bedroom self-contained life lease apartments, established in 1990.

SOUTHVIEW
A ground floor building with 29 full service, assisted living residential suites, equipped with spacious wheelchair accessible bathrooms and a combination bed/sitting room, completed in 1991.

PARKVIEW CENTRE
An amenities building connecting all buildings with offices, kitchen, dining, meeting and recreational facilities, as well a library, hair salon and tuck shop.

GARDENVIEW LONG-TERM CARE

GARDENVIEW, a new long-term care 64 bed facility IS NOW OPEN!!!!. It is the centre of excellence in both design and operation and is designed to ensure that it meets the needs of seniors today and in the future.

GARDENVIEW offers a home like comfortable living environment. Residents enjoy:
