Clement Lo Owner-managed

Clement Lo is the Chief Research Strategist of Pragmatic Consulting. His education includes a B.A. degree from York University, and B.Comm. and M.B.A. degrees from University of Windsor.

To stay in tune with technology, he returned to school in the fall of 1997, and completed a post-graduate diploma in Internet Management at Humber College.


Hands-on Expertise

Over the past 18 years, Clement held various marketing positions in different industries: major appliances, petroleum products, specialty chemicals and the automotive-after market. He also held managerial positions in market research firms where he conducted research for clients in a variety of industries and markets.

It is Clement's belief that marketing research forms the cornerstone of effective marketing. In conducting research, he focuses on the practical side - generating information for developing marketing strategies, plans and programs.

Clement has experience in both consumer and business-to-business (B2B) marketing, including retail studies and international projects.

With hands-on experience in formulating strategies and programs, he has carried out assignments to examine issues related to product brand positioning, awareness and images; customer satisfaction and purchasing behaviour; market development and expansion; and advertising effectiveness.

In his spare time, Clement is an active Toastmaster and conducts workshops on business communication skills.
