Here's another reason to hate Microsoft and Outlook:
They give you this error with no resolution.
Here's the solution - change the email to a "rich text" email by doing the folloiwng:
- go to the Options tab at the top of the reply
- change the email to Rich Text
- now send it
- hate Microsoft more
- love me more
