Dr. Gouge received his Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Lakehead University in 2008. He is currently registered with the College of Psychologists of Ontario in autonomous practice in clinical and counselling psychology with adult and adolescent populations. Dr. Gouge has experience in a variety of settings including inpatient psychiatric units, community mental health and addiction programs, and a variety of academic environments. Dr. Gouge is an Adjunct Professor in the Psychology Department at Laurentian University. His research interests include the areas of anxiety, psychometric function of psychological measures, and the reduction of the use of restraints on inpatient psychiatric units.
