Celebrate CPR Month with the Canadian Red Cross

November is CPR month at the Canadian Red Cross and we’re challenging you to get the training you need to save a life! Although the majority of Canadians say they would recognize the signs of a cardiac emergency, fewer than half say they have the skills to help in this common and serious health emergency. Performing CPR can double a person’s chance of survival, so we want to make sure Canadians are trained!

To celebrate CPR month in November, the Canadian Red Cross is hosting free CPR certification courses for its Twitter friends across the country on November 17, 2012.

Click on each city to see the invitation and RSVP for the event in your city:
Toronto
Halifax
St. John’s

A previously scheduled tweetup in Calgary has been cancelled.

The Canadian Red Cross is also giving away 24 prize packs from Elastoplast and the Canadian Red Cross. Click here and enter before November 30th to win!
