Who We Are
The Studio 30 Art Club was formed on January 26, 1981 in Victoria, B.C., Canada. Our name comes from the fact that the group originally was limited to 30 artists. Today there are approximately 40 members annually. Club members work in a variety of mediums including watercolour, acrylic, oil, colour pencil, ink, pastel and mixed media.
Our Objectives
The objectives of the Club are:
- Share our common interest and enthusiasm for art
- Enjoy social and learning meetings with guest artists, speakers, activities and demonstrations
- Seek out and organize opportunities for the exhibition and sale of our artwork
Meeting information
The group meets once a month September through May. Meetings typically take place via zoom from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. on the second Wednesday of each month. Several in-person gatherings occur on select Saturdays from 1-3 pm throughout the year.
How do I join?
