Sea-Jae Builders Ltd. has been operating from Whistler to Hope since opening in 2002. In July 2010, ownership of Sea-Jae Builders was transferred to Ralf Schwiede. Ralf is a Civil Engineer with over 20+ years of successful experience within the Construction Industry. Ralf graduated from the University of Stuttgart, Germany with an equivalent to a Master’s of Science.
Prior to change of ownership, Sea-Jae Builders focused on being a structural formwork contractor. Today the company provides the majority of its services as a general concrete contractor including building the formwork, supply & install of rebar, supply, placing & finishing of concrete and various other services including design/build of concrete structures. We offer these services as a package or individually. We offer these services throughout British Columbia. Sea-Jae now also operates in Alberta where we have just recently delivered some successful projects.

Sea-Jae Builders Ltd is a team of experienced construction engineers and skilled carpenters. Sea-Jae Builders Ltd. works with state of the art and safe tools, laser levels and further necessary equipment. Sea-Jae Builders Ltd. has a 10,000sf workshop in Langley including fork lift to safely store & handle material, tools and pre-build forms. Each of the employed foremen running a job has a fully equipped Mercedes-Benz Sprinter Van complete with generator and tools required for the job.
In the office we work with professional software systems backed up by servers and manage our jobs with Microsoft Project. Our health & Safety Program is designed in the best interests of all personnel, subcontractors, visitors and customers. We believe accident prevention and efficient production can go hand in hand accordingly.
