Who is Select Start?
Select Start is Robin Bennett, a User Experience consultant with 25 years experience in the field. I chose the Select Start name based on the 2 buttons that have appeared on gaming conrollers for over 35 years. It was a common sense design that still lives today. It just works.
Dealing in Common Sense
That is the motto. You don’t need the bell and whistles your competitors are pushing just to have them. The question you should be asking is why? Why is that there? Who needs that to do what they need to accomplish? Look at this site for example, I needed a site that answered 3 questions... Who is this? What have they done? How do I get a hold them? Done and done. Could this site have had fancy animations or images that show up as you scroll? Problably, but all that does is take away from the main point.

What role did I play?
All of the roles above had higher level titles attached including Head, Director, Lead, Principal or Senior. Again, my resume has all the details you are looking for. I choose not to list everything on this page because let’s be honest, if you want those details your looking for a resume. Also, I don’t need the hassle of companies scraping my page and throwing hundreds my way thinking I still do those roles and want to sell me their product.
