* The Weekday Rate applies when both or neither weekend nights are

When two or more weekday nights only are booked then the weekday

A cleaning fee is charged in addition to the nightly rental price.
All prices are per night in Canadian dollars. A minimum 2 night
stay is required except Holiday season is a 4 night minimum. Weekly stays are preferred to be Friday to Friday or
Sunday to Friday or Sunday to Sunday, especially for advanced bookings.
The prices are subject to applicable federal and provincial taxes
(GST 5% + QST 9.975%) Note that the Québec sales tax (QST), which is now calculated at a rate of 9.975% on the selling price excluding the GST.
Total cost = Price x (1 + .05 + 0.09975) = Price x 1.14975.
A 10% discount is available for repeat customers. All prices are
subject to change without notice.
The balance of your payment plus a $500 security deposit is required two weeks prior to your arrival date. The security deposit will be refunded by the same method of payment within two weeks of your departure date provided that there is no damage inflicted to the property or unreasonable cleaning required. Our local property manager reviews the property after every visit and will provide the necessary feedback to us.
Payment Method is by cash or cheque or Interac Email Monery Transfer or PayPal (when paying with VISA a 3% surcharge applies). If booking less than two weeks prior to your arrival date, then the payment Method is by cash, certified cheque or Interac Email Monery Transfer.
To use Interac Email Money Transfer all you need is to check that your online banking has support for "email money transfers" or "email money payments." For example the Bank of Montreal has under "Transfers" an option for "Interac Email Money Transfer". The following banks BMO Bank of Montreal, Scotiabank, CIBC, RBC Royal Bank or TD Canada Trust, support Email Money Transfers. If you bank with another bank there can be a delay of 3-5 business days in receiving their funds and may be charged an additional service charge by CertaPay.The condo is located in Les Manoirs near the playground and multiufnctional trail. Les Manoirs is on Le Domaine du Geant which is part of Mont Tremblant mountain.
Directions to the unit will be provided upon booking the unit. The Directions are from Ottawa or
Montreal to Hwy 117 exit for Chemin Ryan and to our unit.
Note these directions/maps do not get you out of Ottawa or Montreal;
that is your responsibility, you live there.
