Cancellation Policy:
The cancellation of an off season reservation will result in a $25 administration fee if cancelled two weeks prior to your reservation. Within a two week window, the cancellation fee of $25 administration fee, plus a one night stay deposit will apply.
Summer Cancellation Policy:
A reservation cancelled for dates between April 1 and September 5 will result in the loss of the deposit plus any portion of those dates that we are unable to rebook, plus a $25 administration fee.
Two deposits are required: The first upon booking, the second by April 1, 2024, each for $350. You may cancel prior to April 1, and a $25 administration fee will apply.
We do not accepts pets during summer high season.

Reservations cancelled 2 weeks prior to your arrival date will receive a full refund, less a $25 processing fee. Reservations cancelled within 2 weeks of arrival will be subject to a one night charge plus a $25 processing fee.

We sure do! Please enjoy the free use of our canoes, kayaks, row boats, paddleboats, and SUP boards. Just be sure to wear one of our complimentary life jackets and don’t forget that all guests using the watercraft must first sign a waiver. Available at the office.

We will welcome pets, in a limited number, when accommodation is available and only in the off season. All pets have to be reserved prior to check in so please call for details.
